SUMMIT, NJ - Poisoned apples. Glass slippers. Who needs ’em.

Summit's Pebble Players Youth Theater and the City of Summit are partnering to bring two free afternoons of theater to the Hilltop City, presenting Disenchanted November 7 and November 8, beginning at 2 p.m. each day, on Summit's Village Green. Admission is free, but donations to the Stony Hill Players / Pebble Players are welcome.

Snow White and her 'posse' of disenchanted princesses feature in this hilarious hit musical that’s anything but Grimm. The original storybook heroines are none-too-happy with the way they’ve been portrayed in today’s pop culture, so they’ve tossed their tiaras and have come to life to set the record straight. Forget the princesses you think you know – these royal renegades are here to comically belt out the truth.

Our newsletter delivers the local news that you can trust.

The presenters have deemed the show appropriate for all ages.
