Faith Temple OFW Baptist Host Community Unity Day This Saturday

July 23, 2014 at 10:16 PM

EAST ORANGE, NJ -The Faith Temple Original Free Will Baptist Church on the corner of MLK and Halsted is hosting a Community Unity Day this Saturday July 26, 2014 between 11:00 Am and 5:00 PM.

According to staff at the church office, this day of unity promises to be a spectacular day of family fun and collaboration between the church and neighborhood stakeholders. The activities will take place in the church parking lot and also spill out onto a span of Halsted Street where local venders and nonprofit service providers will set up to distribute information.

There will also be games and face painting for the children, give-a-ways, free hot dogs and snacks; and the highlight of the day will certainly be the ‘dunking tank’ where attendees are hopeful that the church pastor, Elder Arinzor Blue can be convinced to take part in.

All are invited to attend.
