On 12/19/2013 @ 7:45 PM Officer was on a field investigation in the 75 block of Martine Ave. During his investigation he found an individual with two active warrants out of Oakhurst and Hackettstown. This person was arrested, processed, posted bail and released. Defendant is a Jonathan Klein 27 year old male from Long Valley.
 
On 12/19/2013 @ 9:21 PM Officer was on a field investigation in the 75 block of Martine Ave. During his investigation he found three active warrants out of Scotch Plains, Union and Plainfield. This person was arrested, processed and turned over to Scotch Plains P.D. Defendant is a Jay Williams 43 year old male from Plainfield.
 
 
On 12/20/2013 @ 2:48 AM Officer made a M.V. stop @ Martine Ave. & Madison Ave. for a M.V. violation. While the Officer was speaking with the driver he could detect an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle. The Officer asked the driver to exit the vehicle to perform a field sobriety tests. The driver was unable to complete and he was arrested, processed, charged with D.W.I. and released to a responsible person. Defendant is a Ryan Yelton 28 year old male from West Long Branch.
 
On 12/21/2013 @ 3:14 AM Officer made a M.V. stop on 100 block of North Ave. for a M.V. violation. While the Officer was speaking with the driver he could detect an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle. The Officer asked the driver to exit the vehicle to perform some field sobriety tests. The driver was unable to complete and she was arrested, processed, charged with D.W.I. and released to a responsible person. The defendant is a Amy Markuske 21 year old female from Cranford.

 
On 12/23/2013 @ 3:03 PM Officer made a M.V. stop in the 80 block of Montrose Ave. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Piscataway. The driver was arrested, processed, posted bail and released, Defendant is a Clyde Cohen 41 year old male from Westfield.
 
On 12/26/2013 between 4:00 PM & 5:15 PM a resident reported criminal mischief to a Christmas display that was in the front yard of a house in the 30 block of Beech Ave.
 
On 12/27/2013 @ 5:00 PM & 12/28/2013 @ 11:03 PM a resident in the 100 block of Westfield Rd. reported criminal mischief to his fence.
 
On 12/28/2013 @ 12:20 AM a resident in the 30 block of Rainier Rd. reported criminal mischief to his parked vehicle.
 
On 12/27/2013 @ 10:00 PM & 12/28/2013 @ 7:00 AM a resident in the 20 block of Timberline Dr. reported an unknown person entered his unlocked parked vehicle. At this time nothing was missing.
 
On 12/27/2013 @ 10:00 PM & 12/28/2013 @ 7:00 AM a resident in the 130 block of Glenwood Rd. reported an unknown person entered his unlocked parked vehicle and removed a GPS valued at $100.00.
 
On 12/29/2013 @ 5:38 AM Officer responded to a M.V. accident in the 200 block of Midway Ave. Upon the Officers arrival they located the driver and while speaking with him could detect an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. The driver was asked to do some field sobriety tests which he could not complete. The driver was arrested, processed, charged with D.W.I., refusal and cell phone violations. The driver was released to a responsible person. Defendant is a Adam Walton 23 year old male from Garwood.
 
On 12/27/2013 @ 11:00 PM & 12/28/2013 @ 7:00 AM a resident in the 10 block of Sun Valley Way reported criminal mischief to his parked vehicle.
 
On 12/28/2013 @ 8:00 PM & 12/29/2013 @ 7:00 AM a resident in the 80 block of Glenwood Rd. reported criminal mischief to her parked vehicle.
