On 02/04/2014 @ 7:48 p.m. Officer made a M.V. stop @ Martine Ave. & Saville Row for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of Mountainside. The driver was arrested, processed, posted bail and released. Defendant is a Jenna Corcoran, 27, female from North Plainfield.
On 02/06/2014 @ 6:05 p.m. during a field investigation, LTD Hannah was arrested on a Fanwood warrant. Mr. Hannah was processed and released by the Fanwood Municipal Court. Defendant LTD Hannah is a 35-year-old male from Plainfield.
On 02/09/2014 @ 12:46 a.m. Officer made a M.V. stop @ Terrill Rd. & King St. for a M.V. violation. While speaking with the driver the Officer could detect a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver and passenger were asked to step out of the vehicle so the officers could search the vehicle. After the search, the officers located the suspected marijuana. The driver was placed under arrest charged with possession of Marijuana and M.V. violations and released pending his court hearing. The passenger was also arrested on an active Clark warrant. She posted bail and was released.
Defendant driver is a Rashan Nix 35-year-old male from Norristown, Pa.
Defendant passenger is a Shafiqua Harris, 26-year-old female from Colonia.
