FANWOOD, NJ -- Milling and paving will take place on North Avenue from Midway Ave. to Terrill Road from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on on Tuesday, Oct. 9, and Wednesday, Oct. 10, according to Fanwood Police Chief Richard Trigo.

The Martine Avenue Bridge will be closed on Thursday, Oct. 11, starting at 8:00 p.m. The work will be done overnight only, from 8:00 p.m. to Friday, Oct. 12, at 6:00 a.m.

Milling of North Avenue at Hetfield Avenue and continuing onto Midway Avenue to Terrill Road will starting on Friday Oct. 12, at 7:00 p.m. This work will be done overnight only, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 12, as well as on Monday, Oct. 15, and Tuesday, Oct. 16.

Detour signs will be in place, and officers will be on scene to assist with traffic, according to Chief Trigo.
