Fanwood-Scotch Plains College Club Presents a "Roman Holiday" Fundraiser

SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD - The College Club of Fanwood-Scotch Plains will hold its annual fundraiser-- a Luncheon and Fashion Show at the Shackamaxon Country Club on Sunday, April 14, 2013 starting at 11:00 a.m. 

The event will feature fashions from Lord & Taylor, and accessories from Bittersweet Designs in Westfield and Ferdinand Jewelers in New Providence.  Select-a-Gift raffle baskets, a 50/50 raffle, as well as a special featured Restaurant Row raffle area. 

All net proceeds help provide scholarship assistance to deserving young women from the Fanwood and Scotch Plains communities.  This has been the main mission of the College Club since its inception 80 years ago and the Club has awarded over $450,000 in scholarships throughout the years.  Last year, twelve young women from Fanwood and Scotch Plains were awarded a total of $35,000 in scholarships.
