ROSELLE, NJ – Roselle will be hosting the community’s first-ever “Gospel Explosion” on Saturday, August 18.
The event presented by Third Ward Councilwoman Cynthia Johnson and the Borough of Roselle will be held in the Borough Hall parking lot located at 210 Chestnut St., from 5 to 9 p.m.
“This is our first ‘Gospel Explosion’ in Roselle,” Councilwoman Cynthia Johnson said. “I cannot even describe our incredible excitement for this event! We are bringing fellowship as well as unity to our community. Our goal is to make sure everyone walks away feeling uplifted, with a positive attitude. We could use more positivity in the world today.”
This event will be hosted by 107.5 WBLS’s Liz Black and co-hosted by MCTQ.
Headlining acts include:
“The Gospel Chariots” of Wilson, NC;
“The Exciting Stephens Singers” of Jersey City;
“Clebo & The New Gospel Xplosions” of Newark;
“Women of Worship Praise Dancers,” of First Baptist Church in Linden;
“Reverend Jimmy Starr and the Gospel Review” and recording artist “Zay Boyd.”
