The Minstrel Concert Series - May 2010

Canadian fiddler, singer and step dancer April Verch headlines with her band at The Minstrel, Morristown Unitarian Fellowship, 21 Normandy Heights Rd., Morristown, on Friday, May 7 from 8 to 11 p.m. Gene Gambardella opens. Manic multi-instrumental Blue Moose and the Unbuttoned Zippers headline at The Minstrel, Morristown Unitarian Fellowship, 21 Normandy Heights Rd., Morristown, on Friday, May 28. Swingin' Tern Contra Dances - May 2010

Melanie Axel-Lute serves as caller and Last Exit provides the music on Saturday, May 1 from 8 to 11 pm at First Presbyterian Church, Parish Hall, 14 Hanover Road, East Hanover. Band members include Chris Jacoby on guitar, mandolin, feet and vocals; Ross Harriss on sax, whistle, and guitar; Laurie Tupper on flute and whistle; and Doug Healy on bass, guitar and percussion.
