Former Edison Police Intern Sworn in as New Police Officer in Chatman

CHATHAM, NJ – Sean M. Lampf was sworn in as new Probationary Officers for the Chatham Township Police Department on Thursday night at the Chatham Township Committee meeting

Lampf, 23, earned his Criminal Justice degree, with a minor in psychology, from Monmouth University.

He served an internship with the Edison Police Department. While a student at Monmouth University, he attended the Monmouth County Fire Academy and was certified as a volunteer firefighter with the West Long Branch and City of Long Branch fire departments. He is a graduate of the Gloucester County Police Academy.
