NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - A former security guard at a Perth Amboy middle school now faces charges of have sex with minors at the guard's home, and sending nude photographs two minors, authorities said today.
Elios Arias-Aguilar, 25, is charged with one count of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, one count of second-degree sexual assault, a single count of third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact in the third degree, one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey and Perth Amboy Police Chief Roman McKeon said in a joint statement.
They said Arias-Aguilar is also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree.
Arias-Aguila was a security guard at the McGinnis Middle School in Perth Amboy for two years, the prosecutor said.
He said Perth Amboy police Detective Riscardo Rosado and Detective Ryan Tighe of the prosecutor's office are investigating the case and determined Arias-Aguila engaged in sexual intercourse at his home in Perth Amboy with a minor who was known to him.
Also, the investigators discovered that the defendant sent nude photographs through social media to two minors, who were known to him, according to the prosecutor.
He did not say when Arias-Aguila worked at the school, or when he stopped working be a security guard, or release the ages or genders of the victims.

Arias-Aguila is being held at the Middlesex County Adult Corrections Center pending a detention hearing.
