PATERSON, NJ - City police arrested four men on Sunday and charged them with murder in connection with the two street killing late last week, according to northjersey.com.
The story said three suspects, John Shoulers, 26, of 18th Street; Lavar Belfield, 27, of Fair Street, and Cosmeik Robinson, 25, of 18th Avenue, were charged in the death of Daron Lighty, 37, who was shot in a municipal parking lot at Prospect and Ellison streets on Friday morning. Lighty's cousin was wounded, while his brother escaped injury.
The shooting stemmed from an ongoing dispute between the two groups of men, police said.

Shoulers and Robinson were arrested on Godwin Street around 4:30 p.m. by detectives from Paterson and the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, the story said. Belfield was arrested when he showed up at police headquarters.
After that, detectives went to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center and charged Alimin Powell, 28, of Keen Street, with murder in a separate shooting that left Aaron Williams, 25, of North Fourth Street, dead, the story said.
Williams had been found early Saturday on the ground near 12th Avenue and East 23rd Street with a gunshot wound to his chest. Shortly after that, Powell, showed up at the hospital with multiple wounds. Powell remains at the hospital in stable condition under police guard, the story said.
