There will be a free health and fitness program on Monday October 14th at 7:15pm at the Millburn Library 200 Glen Ave. Millburn, NJ.
Health Coach and Physical Therapist Margie Bissinger and Carol Michaels, Personal Trainer, exercise specialist, and consultant, will be discussing a wide array of concerns from weight loss to bone loss. Margie will discuss her favorite and most effective nutrition tips. Carol will be demonstrating which exercises are helpful and which exercises should be avoided in order to achieve your health and fitness goals.
