SOMERVILLE, NJ – The Somerset County Employers Legislative Committee will host Somerset County Freeholder Director Patrick Scaglione at a luncheon Friday, Aug. 31, 2018 where he will speak about business attraction and retention initiatives with business leaders.
 
The luncheon meeting will take place at Verve Bistro, Bar, & Lounge, 18 East Main St. from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
 
Scaglione has been a member of the Somerset County Board of Chosen Freeholders since January of 2010. His responsibilities as a Freeholder include Public Works Chairman; Human Services Chairman; and Finance & Administrative Services Chairman. He previously served on Bridgewater Township Council, Bridgewater Township Planning Board, Bridgewater Township Board of Adjustment, and Bridgewater Township Housing Advisory Board, Member.
 
 
“Director Scaglione has been involved in all aspects of county government, serving as liaison to both the Somerset County Business Partnership and the Somerset County Regional Center,” said Carol Bianchi, co-chair of the Somerset County ELC. “He has a depth of knowledge on the relationship between government and business that will make for a very interesting and productive luncheon presentation.”
