Fuel Your Workouts: Muscle Maker Grill Meets Chef of the Month

You joined a gym and vowed to get healthy this year, so now learn the best way to fuel your workouts on Thursday, January 28 at 7 pm at the RWJ Rahway Fitness & Wellness Center.

Chef Casey Granieri and Muscle Maker Grill's Pat Nardone will show you how to prepare protein rich, low-fat, low-carbohydrate meals that fuel your workout and sustain energy throughout the day.

Learn to make lunch, dinner and on-the-go options to help you stay energized. Also learn money-saving tips as Chef Granieri shows how to de-bone chicken, saving dollars per pound.

Recipes and samples will be provided.
