BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Garden of Eden Marketplace, open in Berkeley Heights since April 18, has announced the closing of its newest store at 501 Springfield Ave. at the end of business on Sunday, July 13.
Store owner Mustafa Coskun said, “We’ve been in the grocery marketplace business for 20 years, and it’s something we’re passionate about. When we came to Berkeley Heights, we did it with enthusiasm and high hopes of bringing the best of our New York City stores to the New Jersey area. We live here too, and we enjoyed being a part of the community as well. It really has been a pleasure to serve all of our Berkeley Heights customers, and while all of us in the store sincerely wish we were able to continue doing so, business needs dictate that we cut our losses.”
Garden of Eden Berkeley Heights is having a Going Out of Business Sale and marking every item in the store down 20 percent. No special memberships will be required to take advantage of the markdown, and it will be applied automatically at checkout.
