Get out of the cold and get moving this Saturday, January 26; Participate in Cycle for Courage at the Summit YMCA!.

Summit YMCA spin instructor Lori  Bebout lets the Rolling Stones get her classes moving, while Stewart Douglas is known for his Motown and disco dance spin music.

This indoor cycling fundraising event is a great way to start the New Year off right, caring about others while helping to support Bonds of Courage, a Summit-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting our post 9/11  troops, veterans and their families in the New Jersey area.

There are still spots left in the 9 am and 10 am classes. Register online at  for a  45 minute spin class. The registration fee/donation  is just $75. Classes led by professional instructors who are donating their time. No experience is necessary, just your desire to have fun and help others.

All registration fees and donations go to Bonds of Courage in Summit, to help provide services at no cost to our returning veterans and their families. Our troops and their families have done their part to serve and defend our country, now it’s our turn to support them … while having some fun, too!
