ANNANDALE, NJ -- Ridge rebounded from its only loss of the season with an 18-5 girls lacrosse victory over North Hunterdon on Tuesday.

Taylor Smith fired in five goals and Ridge (7-1) broke to a 12-1 lead by halftime. Olivia Pikiell finished with three goals, two assists and six ground balls in the victory.

Jamie Islinger, Megan McCrea and Gianna Roti each connected for two goals for the Red Devils, who had lost, 8-7, to Hillsborough on Saturday. Bailey Aaron, Grace Kirkwood and Bella Lembo each finished with one goal and two assists. Kate Pesarchick had one goal and one assist. McCrea had six ground balls and five draw controls. Emma Albee (three) and Emily Schmitt (two) combined for five saves.
