LINDEN, NJ - Gov. Livingston girls basketball came from behind to defeat Linden, 53-43, on Thursday.  Courtney Osieja led the Lady Highlanders with 14 points in the victory.

The Lady Highlanders were playing without senior Patrice Ditommaso who suffered a concussion in Friday's game against Scotch Plains.  The team stepped it up to make up for the loss of their lead scorer.

Senior Katie Reilly started the second half with back to back three-pointers to give the Highlanders the lead.  Without DiTommasso, Reilly found herself shooting more from outside the key sinking 3 threes in the game.

Jenny Pires and Lauren Soranno added nine points each in the victory.
