UNION, NJ - Coach Rob Ritter earns his first win as Gov. Livingston's interim girls basketball coach on Saturday as the Lady Highlanders (9-13) held off Pt. Pleasant  Boro (12-9) in overtime, 48-45 at the Varsity Classic at Kean University.

Gov. Livingston junior Courtney Osieja had a tremendous game leading the Lady Highlanders with a team high 13 points in the victory. Sara Dilly, Jenny Pires and Lauren Soranno each contributed 9 points a piece with Hayley Berliner scoring 8 points.

The Lady Highlanders will attempt to continue their winning spark in the first round of the UCIAC Tournament at Jonathan Dayton on Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 7 p.m.
