HOLLYWOOD, Calif. -  Austin Percario made it to Hollywood and made it through the first and second cut in the Hollywood or Home round, but didn't make it through the group round on Thursday night.

Group night was the end of this season's Idol run for Percario, but don't be surprised if you see him again.
Percario tweeted on Thursday night,"Soooo as you guys just saw.. I got cut after group rounds! 😔 it was an incredible experience and only great things came out of it....just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to all of you guys for supporting me during this crazy ass idol journey. "
"I hope you guys continue to stay with me cause my journey is far from over...I'm releasing my EP very soon and I know you guys got my back 😉"
"American Idol" kicked off Hollywood Week on Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 8 p.m. on FOX.
The American Idol judges were impressed with Percario's  rendition of “Titanium” by David Guetta ft. Sia, at the audition in Boston and handed him a Golden Ticket.  Keith Urban described his voice as “Justin Bieber at 5 a.m."
Besides having a familiar name in town, you may recognize him from the first season of "The X Factor." Percario auditioned with friend Emily Wilson as AusEm and eventually were paired with others in "The X Factor"-formed group “inTENsity."
