Hal Daume of the Rotary Club of Berkeley Heights was an honoree. Hal serves as the Scouting Commissioner for Berkeley Heights and spearheaded the recognition initiative for Eagle Scouts and Gold Award Girl Scouts. Hal is a receipient of BSA Silver Beaver Award and the Rotarian Scouter Award.
