HAMILTON, NJ - Hamilton Township has elected a new mayor, according to unofficial election results.

With polls closed at 8:00 p.m. and most of the votes being tallied, Democratic challenger Jeff Martin was leading incumbent Mayor Kelly Yaede with more than 56% of the vote.

Martin’s runningmates Pat Papero and Nancy Phillips also beat their opponents Vinnie Capadanno and Rich Balgowan and will take their seats on the Township Council on January 1.
