HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ -- Hasbrouck Heights Police Department arrested a Hudson County man on weapons and drug charges early Monday morning.
According to Lieutenant Michael Colaneri, Jr., Officer Nicholas Brunetti stopped Kenneth Coe, 55, of Bayonne, NJ, for motor vehicle infractions on Passaic Avenue on Monday, May 20 at 3:25am. He was backed up by Officer Kevin Condal.
A road side investigation recovered one (1) loaded Smith and Wesson 380 handgun, multiple vials containing what's believed to be crystal meth, a bag containing approximately 12 grams of what's to be believed cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and knives. Coe was charged with the handgun possession, possession of weapons, possession of CDS, and drug paraphernalia. His vehicle was impounded and he was released pending a mandatory Central Judicial Process appearance on Wednesday, May 29.
