Monday, June 30

South Orange Public Library Summer Reading Kick-off – Events and entertainment all day.

2  p.m. to 7 p.m. - Maplewood Farmer’s Market at the Indiana Street Municipal parking lot adjacent to Springfield Avenue.

7 p.m. - Talk by Linda Barth, author of “A History of Inventing in New Jersey: From Thomas Edison to the Ice Cream Cone,” at the Maplewood Public Library.

Tuesday, July 1

7 p.m. – South Orange Board of Adjustment meeting at SOPAC

7:30 p.m. - Maplewood Township Committee Meeting at the Police & Courts building, 1618 Springfield Avenue.

Wednesday, July 2

8:15 a.m. – South Orange Finance and Information Technology Meeting at 76 South Orange Avenue

2 – 7 p.m. South Orange Farmer’s Market at Sloan Street Lot

7 p.m. – Maplewood Library Summer Reading Kick-Off with Bash the Trash, a concert featuring only recycled instruments.

7:30 p.m. – South Orange Concert in the Park featuring Dub Proof at Flood's Hill in Meadowlands Park

7:30 p.m. - South Orange Transportation Committee meeting at 76 South Orange Avenue

Friday, July 4

Independence Day  - Government offices, Public Library and Post Office closed.

Maplewood Fourth of July Celebration: Day of events and activities.
