ANY OTHER INFORMATION: Patrols responded to Joey's pizza in the Rite Aid plaza for an out of control customer. When they arrived, the customer (who was later found to be Chaudhary), had left the store. The employee's stated that the customer: Was being incredibly vulger while repeatedly asking the waitress to go on a date, yelled at a male employee for trying to stop him from hitting on her, yelled at other customers in the store and was cursing about the food, dumped salt pepper and other spices all over the table and floor, threw napkins all over the table and floor, flushed the toilet in the mens room at least 20 times, then clogged it up using all the toilet paper.
Sgt. O'Shea found Chaudhary inside Rite Aid. Chaudhary put lip balm into his pocket then took his hand out without the lip balm. When he saw Sgt. O'Shea walking towards him Chaudhary reached into his pocket and put the lip balm back. Chaudhary was arrested, taken to headquarters, charged and later released. He was advised that he was not allowed back into Joey's pizza and if he returned he would be charged with trespassing.
