Randolph, NJ- You don't see this every day. In Randolph, we often see deer crossing our roads, but it is rare that we see three horses wandering our streets alone.  After the massive pileup of snow this weekend, some of the five and six foot fences around town have been reduced to around two or three foot fences.  When those fences are supposed to keep horses or other animals in, that could pose an issue.

A few horses decided to take advantage of the situation and hop over those fences and to go out for a stroll on Calais road this past weekend.  They were quickly rescued by their owner and returned to safety.  Anyone traveling past our town farms may want to keep an eye out and go a bit slower until this snow melts.
