WOOD-RIDGE, NJ -  Senior Natalie Cala scored two goals as Wood-Ridge peppered Lodi with 20 shots on net as Wood-Ridge defeated Lodi, 5-0, in girls soccer Thursday Night on Senior Night at Donna Ricker Field in Wood-Ridge.  The Lady Blue Devils improve to 3-3 on the season with the win.

Victoria Drotos opened the scoring 12 minutes into the first half.  Senior Emily Gardella scored 15 minutes later, as Wood-Ridge took a 2-0 lead. Cala's first goal of the evening with less than two minutes remaining in the first half gave Wood-Ridge the 3-0 lead they would take into halftime.

Cala scored her second goal of the game, with an assist from senior Stephanie Turi to give Wood-Ridge a commanding 4-0 lead with 17 minutes left.  Lezbeth Ordonez scored the game's final goal, with just under 10 minutes remaining.

Freshman Ava Rizos made 5 saves for the Blue Devils in picking up the win, recording the first shutout of her career.
