PATERSON, NJ - An investigation by the Paterson Police Department Narcotics Division led to a major drug bust on Wednesday, according to Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale.

In a statement Speziale said that 8,900 glassines of heroin and $4,117 was confiscated when detectives conducted the raid at 10th Avenue and East 29th Street.

Veronica Keeley, 37, Stroudsburg, PA

Mayor Andre Sayegh commended the detectives involved in the operation saying that his Administration is determined to rid Paterson’s streets of illegal drugs.

“This is another example of how hard our narcotics unit is working.”
