Investors Bank in Edison Robbed, Suspect Still on the Loose

EDISON, NJ – Investors Bank located at 946 Amboy Avenue in Edison was robbed Friday, July 18 at 9:30 a.m.

The robber entered the bank then approached a teller and demanded money. The robber obtained an undisclosed amount of cash then left the bank and headed into the adjacent residential neighborhood. No weapon was shown.

The bank robber is described as a white male, approximately 50 years old, heavy build, wearing a white tee-shirt, shorts, black gloves, light blue bandana, black sunglasses, and a red NY Giants baseball-style cap with a blue streak on it.

The Edison Police Department is looking for anyone who may have information regarding a bank robbery.
