Invitation to Vendors for Vets Summer Fest

Vets Summer Fest will take place on August 9, 2014 at Vasa Park in Budd Lake, NJ.  This is an invitation to all vendors and crafters to participate in this event that will support our homeless veterans.  In particular, snack food vendor such as funnel cakes, fried Oreos, empanadas, Italian ice and the like are wanted.  Ethnic treats are always a big hit.  Great cakes and cookies, chocolate anything and frosted treats would be great. 

Crafts of all kinds are wanted.  Things like hand crafted accessories, kids things, scarves and the like are always great at this event.  Local businesses should take this opportunity to market their business to the community as well. 

Reduced pricing for nonprofit, 501c3 companies.  Veteran Service Organizations are free to be there.

Sparta Police: Wantage Man Faces Drug Charges Following Traffic Stop

SPARTA, NJ – A Wantage man is facing drug charges after a traffic stop for an expired registration sticker.  According to Sparta police Shane Dedminicantanio was pulled over on Route 15 after he passed Sparta Cpl. SPARTA, NJ – A Lafayette woman is being charged with driving while intoxicated after crossing the double yellow line, nearly colliding with a Sparta police car.  On November 28, at 9:50 p.m. Cpl.
