Like a bubby who shares wisdom and timeless advice, Lubavitch Bucks County is seeking the area’s top chefs’ insight this January on the world of kosher cooking. Bubby’s Cook-Off, benefiting Philadelphia Friendship Circle – North and other social and educational programs of Lubavitch of Bucks County, replaces the non-profit’s yearly gala with an innovative and engaging kosher competition with the area’s finest chefs. On January 23, Philadelphians are invited to play “judge” and sample modern Jewish fare being served up for a great cause at Vie.

· Yehuda Sichel, Executive Chef, Citron & Rose
