EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - Jersey Mike's Subs brought their quality sandwich-making to East Brunswick and held their grand opening and free sub fundraiser from June 25 to June 29 to large crowds and great enthusiasm. Father and son Ron and Chris Rigassio took the reins of the store, and after months of planning and preperation, opened to a great turnout.
“Growing up in Brick, NJ, I was surrounded by Jersey Mike’s product and culture my entire life,” said Chris Rigassio. “When I began looking into franchising opportunities, my father and I thought Jersey Mike’s would be a perfect fit for us to go into business together. For the past three years leading up to this opening, I had the chance to work and gain more experience at some of Jersey Mike’s top locations in New Jersey and California.”
Chris added, “It’s an exciting time for the brand as we’re growing rapidly throughout our home state. I’m fortunate to have the opportunity to develop the brand in East Brunswick and other parts of North Jersey. With each grand opening we’re able to make a difference for more and more communities. In East Brunswick, we’re excited to partner with TOPSoccer and support their programs that help children with disabilities.”
