HACKENSACK, NJ - Alphonso Gee had a huge game with 30 points and the John F. Kennedy boys basketball team won its second straight game, 59-37, over Bergen Tech on Thursday.
Gee, a sophomore guard, connected for six 3-pointers for JFK, which elevated its record to 3-4. The Knights outscored Bergen Tech in every quarter, opening a 16-6 lead after the first period.
Junior guard Jalani Morris finished with 12 points in the victory. The Knights got eight points from Khadir Lindsey, five from Aalim Jones and two apiece from Jamil Crawford and Charles Powell.
