The Homes for Horses Coalition has secured Dr. Beverly Browning, author of Grant Writing for Dummies and 42 other grant writing books, to do a webinar focused for equine nonprofit organizations on July 24.

Browning has been consulting in the areas of grant writing, contract bid responses, and organizational development for 44 years. She is a grant writing course developer, online facilitator and teacher. She is the Director of the Grant Writing Training Foundation. Browning is a highly sought after workshop presenter and keynote speaker for all types of professional associations and membership groups, including the U.S. government.

“We feel so lucky to have her to teach us about grant seeking success! It would be difficult to find a more knowledgeable authority for this presentation, said Cindy Gendron, Manager of The Homes for Horses Coalition. It’s urgent for equine related nonprofits to attend this training because competition is extremely high for a handful of grants, and cold funding requests without funder relationships have less than a 5% chance of getting funded.”
