BAYONNE, NJ - Bayonne residents and others have until November 30 to donate used or new coats as part of the Bayonne American Legion, Post 19, annual Veterans Day coat drive.

“A warm winter coat is a necessity for all. The American Legion is proud to support veterans, homeless veterans at Community Hope, as well as those in need in Bayonne and the surrounding communities,” organizers said.

  • American Legion – Thursday through Saturday 6pm to 10pm and Sunday 1pm to 6pm.
  • Bayonne Community Bank – Various branches throughout Bayonne.
  • Elbaum’s – 182 Broadway (Downtown, corner of Dodge street and Broadway).
  • Senerchia Meat & Deli – 762 Broadway (close to the corner of 34th street).

For over 8 years, the Bayonne American Legion has been conducting their annual coat drive to benefit those in need in the Bayonne community.
