SUMMIT, NJ - Melanie Rosenbaum of Keller Williams Realty in Summit has been selected North Central Jersey Association of Realtors (NCJAR) 2013 "Rookie of the Year".

The Rookie of The Year Award is bestowed by NCJAR on a member who has be a realtor for three years of less, and displays exemplary work in the business and humanitarian sectors. Rosenbaum, who has been with Keller Williams - Summit for just over eight months, listed three homes and completed one sale in her first three months in the business. She attends continuing education classes through various seminars offered by NCJAR, and through Keller Williams company educational programs to further her knowledge in real estate.
Rosenbaum worked on Keller Williams' flagship humanitarian effort, "Red Day", to raise awareness for autism. All proceeds from the annual event to provide "The School Resources Kit", which will assist teachers in raising awareness of autism in the New Jersey Public Schools. Rosenbaum also established a Keller Williams Realty House Tour, proceeds of which went to autism awareness.
