YORKTOWN, N.Y. – The Grand Lodge Humanitarian Fund of the Knights of Pythias has donated $6,000 to local food pantries. The Food Pantry at St. Mary’s Church (in Mohegan Lake), the Putnam Community Food Pantry (in Putnam Valley) and Fred’s Food Pantry (in Peekskill) each received $2,000, bringing the total donations since June—between Yorktown Lodge and the Grand Lodge—to $7,500.
