A Lansdale man is charged with felony aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possessing an instrument of crime, reckless endangerment, simple assault and carrying a gun without a license after he allegedly pointed a loaded gun at a security officer at Hatrrick's Sports Bar in Hatfield Borough early Saturday morning.

Michael Ngar, 22, of the 900 block of Wedgewood Drive, allegedly had a bullet in the chamber and a full clip in his semi-automatic Ruger SR9 9mm handgun when police officers recovered it from the trunk of his Acura TSX, according to The Reporter.

Officers had responded to a call of a fight in progress in the parking lot of Hattrick's, and were told by a security officer that Ngar had allegedly pointed a gun at him and then fled the scene, police said.

Ngar's vehicle was stopped at Lincoln Avenue and South Main Street, where he told officers the gun was in his trunk, police said. He told police he owned the gun, but did not have a permit to carry it, police said.

Ngar is free after posting $5,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is May 29 in Souderton District Court.
