NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ – Erickson Living has named Patricia Swan as executive director of its Lantern Hill continuing-care retirement community in New Providence.
Prior to joining Lantern Hill, a new 540,000-square-foot facility slated to open late in 2015, Swan was the associate executive director of another Erickson Living community, Highland Springs, in Dallas.
“We are very excited to have Patricia lead the team at Lantern Hill,” said Erickson Vice-President of Regional Operations Chris Emmett. “She is a leader in senior living who has a passion and commitment to excellence who will work with a staff whose number one goal is to provide superior service for the residents.”
Swan’s career includes many years of professional sales and sales training for Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Patricia joined the senior housing industry in 2002 working for Kisco Senior Living.
“Lantern Hill is the perfect retirement destination spot for retirees looking to pursue their passions and live a hassle-free lifestyle," Swan said. "I am so happy to be a part of the team that will help ensure an active and engaging way of life for the residents and look forward to helping create something special in New Jersey for older adults.”
Lantern Hill is the third Erickson Living community in New Jersey; others are located in Morris and Monmouth counties. Its on-site sales office opened in New Providence earlier this month.
