MORRISTOWN, NJ - The League of Women Voters of the Morristown Area will celebrate National Voter Registration Day as we register voters and provide information about the upcoming election.

The League of Women Voters is a non-partisan, political organization, founded in 1920, whose purpose is to promote political responsibility through informed and active participation in our democracy.  The League is committed to developing and supporting an informed and active American electorate – locally, state-wide, and nationally.  We believe it is vitally important for every eligible voter to exercise this privilege – and duty - of American citizenship.  Registering to vote is the first step in that process.
