Life Style Personal Fitness Studio Opens in Maplewood

December 13, 2013 at 8:38 AM

MAPLEWOOD, NJ – Township officials welcomed Life Style Personal Fitness Studio to its new location on Springfield Avenue with a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week.

Owner Cecil Thomas firmly believes that the best way to get in shape is through one-on-one and small-group training.  He gives every client personal attention and a customized plan.

“I actually work out with each group myself,” Thomas said.  “Most trainers sit back and tell you what to do, but I’m right there doing it with you.”

Workout options at Life Style Personal Fitness Studio include weight training, intense cardio, low impact cardio, “battle ropes,” line dance workouts and specialized programs for seniors.

Thomas also offers plans for busy professionals, opening at 5 a.m. for pre-work workouts and lunch-hour sessions.

Thomas has a loyal following, having trained clients at both New York Sports Club and Retro Fitness.  He is rightly proud of his new studio and looks forward to introducing it to new customers as well.
