Livingston Resident Arrested in Multi-County Heroin Bust

HACKENSACK, NJ - Jack Fanberg, 22 of Livingston was one of 325 individuals arrested at the conclusion of an 8-week initiative geared towards combatting the growing heroin problem affecting northern New Jersey.

In addition to the arrests 11,794 bags of street packaged and 1200 grams of raw heroin, 32 guns, and approximately $25,000 was seized.

Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli stated that “the charges are merely accusations and that the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.”

The investigation was the result of a multi-jurisdictional narcotics task force consisting of local and county law enforcement agencies from Bergen, Passaic, Morris, and Sussex Counties.
