LIVINGSTON, NJ - The Livingston Municipal Court settled one case, on Thursday, Jan. 2.

Isiah Edmond a Newark, NJ resident was charged with shoplifting at Zumiez in the Livingston Mall, where he attempted to steal $144.80 worth of merchandise including a hat, a crew neck shirt, a t-shirt and socks.

Edmond pleaded guilty to an amended charge of theft. He was sentenced to 30 days of jail time, with credit for 30 days served, and to pay a $500 fine, a $33 court cost fee, $50 to the victim of crime compensation fund and $75 to the State Neighborhood fund.
