Local Vendors Raise Money For Red Cross Typhoon Haiyan Disaster Relief Fund

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Jodie Pelinsky of Thrive with Jodie along with nine other local vendors came together for a social Holiday Boutique earlier this month, inviting friends and clients.  

Each vendor donated to gift baskets that were raffled raising $225 for the Red Cross Typhoon Haiyan Disaster Relief Fund.  

Pelinsky's business, Thrive with Jodie, complements the Red Cross preparedness program of being ready in times of disaster and emergency. The recent typhoon in the Philippines is a reminder that families need a disaster plan.  One of the product lines offered by Thrive with Jodie are tools and products to ensure your family is prepared for times of emergency including first aid and supply kits, fire escape ladders, water filters and solar power items.  Thrive with Jodie also offers a variety of healthy foods making healthy meals in minutes.
