Let’s take an in depth look at posture and how it effects the performance of our bodies. Through understanding the common causes of poor posture we can begin to understand how to begin the process of correcting it. When we lose our posture, muscles and nerves begin to change in our body that can cause a multitude of symptoms and future problems. Correcting posture is the easiest way to achieve optimal health, reducing muscular skeletal pain as well as the potential for future injury.
Kris is the Director of Wellness Education at Benessere Wellness Center in Summit, New Jersey offering her clients emotional healing, corrective exercise and nutritional guidance. In addition Kris is a contributing author to several holistic publications and has just released her first book, “If Babies Did Crunches” now available at Amazon.com . Kris is now sharing her experiences by lecturing on topics from Self Growth to the benefits of healing through Mandala Art Therapy.
