Join us Thursday, July 17 11:30am at Whole Foods Market in Madison for our monthly Lunch & Learn Series.
Join Liz Fisch as she presents…“ Tapping for Stress, Anxiety, and Pain Relief”
Learn about tapping (also known as Emotional Freedom Technique/EFT), an extremely effective do-it-yourself acupressure technique that really works to reduce stress, anxiety, and pain in both adults and children. Liz was introduced to tapping 8 years ago when, in 20 minutes, an EFT practitioner used tapping to help her to dissolve a lifelong fear of public speaking. Liz will explore what EFT is and why it works, and will demonstrate how to do it. You’ll leave the lunch and learn with a new tool to get your emotions and fears under control, quickly and easily.
Liz Fisch is owner of Dream Builder Coaching, and Vice President of Research & Development at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). After receiving degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University, Liz began her career at The Psychological Corporation and the Professional Testing Corporation in New York as Director of Psychometric Services, creating and editing certification examinations. She moved on to work in Corporate Communications, and served as President and Board Member of many community organizations, while helping her husband grow their small retail store into a large, multi-location business.
Complimentary lunch will be served by Whole Foods Market. Children are welcome!
