Madison Borough Establishes Warming Centers; Extends Dog/Cat License Deadline

MADISON, NJ - With the cold snap showing no long-term signs of easing up, Madison Borough has established two sites for warming centers.

During business hours, residents who need a warm place to escape the cold can find it at either the borough offices or at the library. Afterhours, residents can visit the warming center that has been set up at the public safety complex.

In other business, the borough has announced an extension of the hours for licensing their dogs or cats until Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 7 p.m. After that, late fees will apply.
