KINNELON, NJ - The Madison boys lacrosse team rallied from a three-goal halftime deficit to upset Kinnelon, 7-6, on Tuesday.
Vince Sapio scored four goals for the Dodgers, who trailed, 4-1, at halftime and were still behind, 6-4, entering the fourth quarter. But goalie Reid Collins, who made 11 saves, shut Kinnelon out in the final quarter while Madison (4-9) erased the deficit with three goals.
AJ Schmitz finished with two goals and one assist and Sean Casey had a goal and an assist for Madison. Kinnelon's record fell to 7-5.
