Madison Football Extends Win Streak to 38, Beating Dover, 31-26

MADISON, NJ - Madison scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter to rally for a 31-26 victory over Dover Friday afternoon in the opening football game of its varsity season.

It was the 38th consecutive victory for Madison High School's football team.

AJ Schmitz threw a 47-yard touchdown pass to Christian Scarpello to enable the Dodgers to erase a 26-24 deficit. Schmitz finished with 119 yards rushing with one TD on 18 carries, and he passed for an additional 54 yards. David Luttinger rushed for two TDs and 91 yards on 15 carries in the victory.
