MADISON, NJ - On April 5, 2013 at approximately 1:45 am, Ptl. Chad Rybka arrested 26 year old Carl Capodice of Madison, NJ. Rybka stopped Capodice’s vehicle for an alleged moving violation. Rybka’s investigation revealed an active warrant for Capodice from Millburn Municipal Court in the amount of $550. Capodice posted bail and was released pending court.
On April 6, 2013 at approximately 10:130am, Ptl James Cavezza arrested 25 year old Lucienne Malaroche of Madison, NJ. Malaroche turned herself in on the strength of a Madison Municipal Warrant in the amount of $106. Malaroche posted bail and was released pending a court appearance.
On April 10, 2013 at approximately 7:30 am, Ptl. James Cavezza arrested 27 year old Nicole Scamporino of Florham Park, NJ. Cavezza stopped Scamporino’s vehicle for an alleged equipment violation. Cavezza’s investigation revealed an active warrant for Scamporino from Madison Municipal Court in the amount of $106. Scamporino posted bail and was released pending court.
On April 11, 2013 at approximately 2:45 pm, Ptl James Cavezza arrested 67 year old Dorothy Moore of Madison, NJ. Cavezza responded to Gary’s Wine and Marketplace on report that a female driver almost crashed into the entrance door to the establishment. During his investigation, Cavezza made contact with Moore and detected an odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from her breath. Cavezza had Moore perform field sobriety tests. The investigation determined that Moore was allegedly operating her vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Moore was charged with driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, refusal to submit a breath test and careless driving. She was released to a family member and awaits a court appearance.
